Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of Afformation Shorts Uploader (the "Service"), operated by Afformation Co., Ltd. ("Afformation", "we"). By connecting a YouTube channel or signing in to the dashboard you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service helps Afformation publish short review videos to YouTube Shorts on YouTube channels that Afformation, or the hospital and clinic clients it works for, own or manage. It prepares a title, description and hashtags in the campaign's local language and uploads the video to the connected channel.

3. Who may use it

The Service is a business tool. Access to the dashboard is limited to staff and partners authorized by Afformation, and only the owner or an authorized manager of a YouTube channel may connect that channel.

4. Connecting your YouTube channel

  • Connecting a channel means you approve, through Google's consent screen, the permissions described in the Privacy Policy (youtube.upload and youtube.readonly).
  • You can withdraw this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Withdrawing access stops further uploads by the Service.
  • Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and Google's policies.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage each channel you connect.
  • You confirm that the content uploaded through the Service may lawfully be published, including that the people who created or appear in it have agreed to its use, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
  • Content must comply with the advertising and medical-advertising laws and platform rules that apply in Korea and in the target country. Do not publish false, misleading or guaranteed-result claims.
  • Keep dashboard credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content; to access channels you are not authorized to manage; to attempt to bypass the login or security of the Service; to overload or disrupt it; or to violate YouTube's or Google's terms or policies.

7. Content and intellectual property

Content remains the property of its owners. You grant Afformation the limited permission needed to process the content and upload it to the channel you connected. Afformation's software and the Service's design remain the property of Afformation.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. The Service depends on third-party services (including YouTube, Google, Vercel, Anthropic and Apify) whose availability and rules we do not control.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Afformation makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that uploaded videos will be accepted, classified as Shorts, monetized or kept online by YouTube.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Afformation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss arising from actions of YouTube, Google or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can disconnect a channel by withdrawing access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by asking us to remove it.

12. Privacy

How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea.

서비스 약관

1. 약관의 동의

이 약관은 주식회사 어포메이션(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 어포메이션 쇼츠 업로더(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 유튜브 채널을 연결하거나 대시보드에 로그인하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 마세요.

2. 서비스의 내용

서비스는 회사 또는 거래처 병원·의원이 소유·관리하는 유튜브 채널에 짧은 후기 영상을 유튜브 쇼츠로 게시하도록 돕습니다. 캠페인 현지 언어로 제목·설명·해시태그를 준비하고, 연결된 채널에 영상을 업로드합니다.

3. 이용 대상

서비스는 업무용 도구입니다. 대시보드 접근은 회사가 허가한 직원·파트너로 제한되며, 유튜브 채널은 그 채널의 소유자 또는 권한 있는 관리자만 연결할 수 있습니다.

4. 유튜브 채널 연결

  • 채널을 연결하는 것은 구글 동의 화면에서 개인정보처리방침에 설명된 권한(youtube.upload, youtube.readonly)을 승인하는 것을 뜻합니다.
  • myaccount.google.com/permissions에서 언제든 권한을 철회할 수 있으며, 철회하면 서비스의 추가 업로드가 중단됩니다.
  • 유튜브 이용에는 계속해서 YouTube 서비스 약관, 커뮤니티 가이드라인, 구글 정책이 적용됩니다.

5. 이용자의 책임

  • 연결하는 채널을 직접 소유하거나 관리할 권한이 있음을 확인합니다.
  • 서비스로 업로드하는 콘텐츠를 합법적으로 게시할 수 있음(제작자·출연자의 사용 동의 포함)과 타인의 권리를 침해하지 않음을 확인합니다.
  • 콘텐츠는 한국과 대상 국가에 적용되는 광고·의료광고 관련 법령과 플랫폼 규정을 지켜야 하며, 거짓·오인 유발·효과 보장 표현을 게시하지 않습니다.
  • 대시보드 인증 정보를 비밀로 유지하고, 오남용이 의심되면 즉시 알립니다.

6. 금지 행위

불법·권리침해·기만·유해 콘텐츠 업로드, 관리 권한이 없는 채널 접근, 서비스의 로그인·보안 우회 시도, 서비스 과부하·방해, 유튜브·구글 약관·정책 위반에 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

7. 콘텐츠와 지식재산권

콘텐츠의 권리는 그 소유자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 콘텐츠를 처리하고 연결한 채널에 업로드하는 데 필요한 범위의 제한적 권한을 회사에 부여합니다. 회사의 소프트웨어와 서비스 디자인은 회사의 자산입니다.

8. 서비스의 제공과 변경

회사는 서비스 또는 일부 기능을 언제든 변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 유튜브, 구글, Vercel, Anthropic, Apify 등 회사가 통제하지 못하는 외부 서비스에 의존합니다.

9. 보증의 부인

서비스는 "있는 그대로", "제공 가능한 범위에서" 제공됩니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 서비스의 중단·오류가 없음, 업로드한 영상이 유튜브에서 수락·쇼츠 분류·수익화·유지됨을 보증하지 않습니다.

10. 책임의 제한

법령이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 간접·부수·결과적 손해, 유튜브·구글 등 제3자의 조치로 인한 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.

11. 이용 정지 및 종료

약관 위반 또는 서비스·타인 보호가 필요한 경우 접근을 정지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, myaccount.google.com/permissions에서 권한을 철회하거나 회사에 요청해 채널 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다.

정보의 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침에 설명돼 있습니다.

13. 약관의 변경

이 약관은 변경될 수 있으며 위 시행일이 최신 버전을 나타냅니다. 변경 후에도 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

14. 준거법 및 관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 분쟁은 대한민국의 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
