Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Afformation Shorts Uploader (the "Service") accesses, why, how it is protected, and how you can remove it. The Service is a tool used by Afformation Co., Ltd. ("Afformation", "we") to publish short review videos to YouTube channels that Afformation or its hospital and clinic clients own or manage. It has no public sign-up and no consumer accounts.
1. Information we access
1.1 Google / YouTube data (only after you approve it)
When the owner or an authorized manager of a YouTube channel connects that channel, Google asks them to approve the following permissions. We access nothing else.

To keep the connection working we store an OAuth refresh token for each connected channel (see section 4). We do not read your existing videos, comments, subscribers, analytics, playlists, watch history or any other Google account data, and we do not edit or delete any existing video.
1.2 Campaign content
For each marketing campaign the Service handles the name of the participating influencer and the public Instagram post link of their review, the caption of that post, and the name of the treatment being reviewed. The video file is passed through server memory from its public source to YouTube and is not written to our disks or kept after the upload.
1.3 Operator access and technical logs
The Service is operated through a password-protected dashboard used only by authorized Afformation staff. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and request time) for security and operation.
2. How we use the information
- To connect the channel you authorized and upload campaign review videos to it.
- To verify that an upload went to the intended channel, and to show whether a connection is still valid.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or credit or lending decisions. We do not sell it. We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
3. Sharing and transfer
- Google user data (channel ID, name, handle and OAuth tokens) is not sold, rented, disclosed or transferred to third parties, and is never sent to the artificial-intelligence or scraping services mentioned below. We may disclose it only if required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse.
- Infrastructure: the Service is hosted on Vercel Inc., which also stores our data (including the encrypted tokens) in Vercel Blob. Data may therefore be processed on servers outside the Republic of Korea.
- Campaign content processors: to prepare a video, text from the creator's public post (caption, treatment name, clinic name) and the titles of earlier videos we created for the same channel (to avoid repeats) are sent to Anthropic (to draft the title and description), and the public post link is sent to Apify (to obtain the video address). These services never receive Google or YouTube user data.
4. Storage and security
- OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored in private Vercel Blob storage. The encryption key is kept only as a server-side secret and is never placed in source code or sent to the browser.
- All traffic uses HTTPS. The dashboard requires a login, and connection and upload functions are available only to signed-in operators.
- Videos are not written to disk; they are held in memory only while being passed from their public source to YouTube.
- Access to the production environment is limited to authorized Afformation staff.
5. Retention and deletion
- A channel's token and channel record are kept while the channel remains connected. When Google reports that a token is no longer valid, the connection is marked as broken and must be re-connected.
- A small upload record (the campaign item and the resulting YouTube video ID and link) is kept to prevent duplicate uploads while the campaign runs.
- You can withdraw access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google then invalidates the token), and/or ask us to delete the stored data by e-mailing afformation.ceo@gmail.com. We will delete the stored token and channel record promptly and in any case within 30 days.
- Videos already published stay on the YouTube channel under the channel owner's control; we do not keep copies.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use
Specifically: we use data obtained through the YouTube scopes only to provide the user-facing features described above; we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or sale with notice; we do not use it for advertising; and no human reads it except with your consent, for security purposes, or where required by law.
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop processing it, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and no later than the period required by applicable law.
8. Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced on this page.

이 방침은 어포메이션 쇼츠 업로더(이하 "서비스")가 어떤 정보에 접근하고, 왜 쓰며, 어떻게 보호하고, 어떻게 삭제할 수 있는지 설명합니다. 서비스는 주식회사 어포메이션(이하 "회사")이 회사 또는 거래처 병원·의원이 소유·관리하는 유튜브 채널에 후기 영상을 게시하기 위해 쓰는 도구이며, 일반 회원가입이나 소비자 계정이 없습니다.
1. 접근하는 정보
1.1 구글·유튜브 데이터(승인한 경우에만)
유튜브 채널의 소유자 또는 권한 있는 관리자가 채널을 연결할 때 구글이 아래 권한의 승인을 요청하며, 그 외의 정보에는 접근하지 않습니다.

연결을 유지하기 위해 채널별 OAuth 리프레시 토큰을 보관합니다(4항). 기존 영상, 댓글, 구독자, 분석 데이터, 재생목록, 시청 기록 등 다른 구글 계정 정보는 읽지 않으며, 기존 영상을 수정하거나 삭제하지 않습니다.
1.2 캠페인 콘텐츠
캠페인마다 참여 인플루언서의 이름과 후기 게시물의 공개 인스타그램 링크·캡션, 후기 대상 시술명을 처리합니다. 영상 파일은 공개된 원본에서 서버 메모리를 거쳐 유튜브로 전달되며, 디스크에 기록하거나 업로드 후 보관하지 않습니다.
1.3 운영자 접근 및 기술 로그
서비스는 권한 있는 회사 직원만 쓰는 비밀번호 보호 대시보드로 운영됩니다. 호스팅 업체는 보안과 운영을 위해 IP 주소, 브라우저 종류, 요청 시각 같은 표준 기술 로그를 기록합니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 승인된 채널을 연결하고 캠페인 후기 영상을 업로드
- 업로드가 의도한 채널로 갔는지 확인하고 연결이 유효한지 표시
- 서비스 운영·보안·문제 해결
구글 사용자 데이터를 광고, 프로파일링, 신용·대출 판단에 쓰지 않으며 판매하지 않습니다. 범용 인공지능·머신러닝 모델의 개발·개선·학습에도 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁·국외 이전
- 구글 사용자 데이터(채널 ID·이름·핸들, OAuth 토큰)는 판매·대여·제공·이전하지 않으며, 아래 인공지능·수집 서비스에도 보내지 않습니다. 법령상 요구되거나 사기·남용 방지가 필요한 경우에만 예외입니다.
- 인프라(처리위탁): 서비스는 Vercel Inc.에서 호스팅되고 암호화된 토큰을 포함한 데이터를 Vercel Blob 에 저장합니다. 따라서 데이터가 대한민국 밖(미국 등)의 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 캠페인 콘텐츠 처리: 영상 준비를 위해 공개 게시물의 텍스트(캡션·시술명·병원명)와 같은 채널에 우리가 만든 이전 영상 제목(중복 방지용)을 Anthropic(제목·설명 초안 작성)에, 공개 게시물 링크를 Apify(영상 주소 확보)에 보냅니다. 이들은 구글·유튜브 사용자 데이터를 받지 않습니다.

각 수탁자의 보유기간은 해당 업체의 정책에 따르며, 회사는 구글 사용자 데이터를 Anthropic·Apify에 보내지 않습니다. 이전은 서비스 이용 시점에 네트워크를 통해 이루어지며, 이전을 원하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용(채널 연결)을 중단하고 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
4. 보관 및 보안
- OAuth 리프레시 토큰은 AES-256-GCM 으로 암호화한 뒤 비공개 Vercel Blob 저장소에 보관합니다. 암호화 키는 서버의 비밀 설정으로만 두며 소스 코드나 브라우저에 두지 않습니다.
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS 이고, 대시보드는 로그인이 필요하며 연결·업로드 기능은 로그인한 운영자만 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 영상은 디스크에 쓰지 않고, 공개 원본에서 유튜브로 전달되는 동안에만 메모리에 둡니다.
- 운영 환경 접근은 권한 있는 회사 직원으로 제한합니다.
5. 보유 기간 및 파기
- 채널의 토큰과 채널 정보는 채널이 연결된 동안 보관합니다. 구글이 토큰이 더는 유효하지 않다고 알려오면 연결을 "끊김"으로 표시하며 다시 연결해야 합니다.
- 캠페인 진행 중 중복 업로드를 막기 위해 최소한의 업로드 기록(항목, 업로드된 유튜브 영상 ID·링크)을 보관합니다.
- 언제든 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다: myaccount.google.com/permissions에서 해제(구글이 토큰을 무효화)하거나, afformation.ceo@gmail.com으로 보관 데이터 삭제를 요청하세요. 저장된 토큰과 채널 정보는 지체 없이, 늦어도 30일 이내에 삭제합니다.
- 이미 게시된 영상은 채널 소유자의 통제 아래 유튜브에 남으며 회사는 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.
6. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 — 제한적 사용
구체적으로, 유튜브 범위로 받은 데이터는 위에 설명한 사용자 대면 기능을 제공하는 데에만 쓰고, 그 기능 제공·법령 준수·합병·매각(고지 포함) 외에는 다른 곳에 전달하지 않으며, 광고에 쓰지 않고, 사용자의 동의·보안 목적·법령상 요구가 있는 경우를 제외하고 사람이 읽지 않습니다.
서비스는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용하며, 이용 시 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. Google 개인정보처리방침도 참고하세요.
7. 정보주체의 권리
본인의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있으며, 관련 법령이 정한 기간 안에, 늦어도 합리적인 기간 내에 답변합니다.
8. 아동
서비스는 업무용 도구이며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않고, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 방침의 변경
이 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 위 시행일이 최신 버전을 나타냅니다. 중요한 변경은 이 페이지에 공지합니다.
